New Search Firm launched! 

Charlotte, NC - Feb 6, 2009 -The Charlotte area has a new resource for attracting financial talent to local businesses.  Advance Resources is a specialty accounting and financial recruiting firm that focuses in the Charlotte region.   Local recruiting veteran, Warren Deutsch opened the company's doors this week.  
 
Although Advance Resources is a new entity, Deutsch has been a staple in the regional accounting and finance recruiting market for a dozen years.  He brings his clients a rare depth and breadth of industry knowledge, having been a controller previous to becoming an award-winning recruiter.   
 
Deutsch's long-time client, Royallen Wiley, said, "Warren has been instrumental in building our accounting organization.  He listens and understands our needs in order to find high quality candidates, and we look forward to continuing to work with him and his new firm."  Wiley is the controller at Domtar, an international paper company.
