Advance Resources is committed to the best interests of job seekers.

Unique “Visual Discovery” Assessment Methodology:  Job seekers will share accomplishments, current state, career and next step priorities and identify accelerators and decelerators that help or hurt their progress.  Advance Resources will provide brainstorming and feedback on how to accomplish long-term and short-term career goals and/or adjust goals. Market assessment and salary requirements feedback will also be provided.

Market Penetration: Advance Resources will develop a marketing plan for each job seeker.

Resume Consultation: We will provide each job seeker resume feedback and clear ideas to adjust resumes to make them more effective.

Presentation to Advance Resources Clients: We will introduce job seekers to relevant Advance Resources clients.

Interview Preparation: We will prepare each job seeker for all interviews. Interview preparation will include information sharing related to the client company, hiring management team, job content and company culture. Additionally we will role-play
with the job seeker using pertinent interview questions.

Offer and Acceptances: We will guide job seekers through job offers and acceptances of job offers.  We will follow-through and deliver on all relevant items and commitments. We are available throughout the process and afterward. 

Confidentiality: We understand the importance of confidentiality during a job search. We make a commitment to our job seekers that your resume, salary requirements and personal information will not be released to an employer without your consent and will not be released to others.
